Delivery and Returns

General information about our delivery and return policy.

Your order is processed as soon as it is validated, from Monday to Friday.
We deliver throughout Europe and send products from our warehouse in France.
Please check the table below for average delivery times and rates for your country.
Please bear in mind that during certain periods (such as sales and other commercial operations), delivery times may be longer due to the greater number of orders to be delivered.

You can return your item(s) within 15 days of purchase. Products must be unworn, free of stains (make-up or other), with original labels attached and with original packaging; returned goods that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a full refund.

5€ flat-fee for return costs:

To simplify your return, we’ll automatically generate the return label and place it in your order, so all you have to do is stick it on your parcel if you decide to make a return. However, we will automatically deduct a €5 flat-rate contribution for return costs from the amount of the product refund.

Once we have received the returned product and approved its condition, we will credit your account for the amount of the returned product, minus the €5 return shipping charge, using the original payment method. Depending on your banking institution, please allow an additional 2 to 10 business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account or application.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you automatically receive an e-mail informing you that your parcel has been shipped, with its tracking number and invoice. You can then track your parcel at any time on the Colissimo or DHL website.
